Job summary

BrothersTech is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered software applications. You will integrate AI models into production systems, build REST APIs, and work with cloud platforms and modern AI frameworks.

Join a collaborative team of product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, strong Python skills, and a solid foundation in ML concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of software development experience.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and production-ready apps.
• Understanding of ML concepts, model inference, and AI integration.
• Experience with Git, testing, debugging, and version control.
• Familiarity with SQL and databases.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud and cloud services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered software applications.
• Build and integrate AI/ML models into scalable software systems.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services using Python or similar languages.
• Work with LLMs, generative AI, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Integrate AI services from OpenAI, Azure AI, or AWS AI services.
• Implement RAG, embeddings, and vector search where appropriate.
• Develop data processing pipelines for training, inference, and evaluation.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and software teams.
• Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and document code.
• Deploy and monitor AI applications using cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
