Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• 5 years of experience building web applications and 1 year as an AI Software Engineer.
• Experience with Claude and OpenAI APIs.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions including Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting/analytics.

Required Technology and Skills:

• Experience with local model inference platforms like Ollama, vLLM and LM Studio
• Parameter tuning, context window optimization and quantization selection
• Buildi a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system with a vector database to transform static AI models into a dynamic, context-aware engine
• Design, web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and MVC
• Develop workflow automation solutions utilizing AI and machine learning technologies.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and services to automate document processing, data extraction, knowledge management, and business workflows.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations with legal and business systems.
• Develop SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and reporting solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
