This role blends hands-on red teaming with scalable automation and cross-functional collaboration. You will translate cutting-edge research into practical testing methods, deliver detailed security assessments, and guide stakeholders from technical teams to executives.

Qualifications

• Red teaming, penetration testing, security assessments, bug bounty programs.
• Ability to find and exploit real vulnerabilities by hand.
• Strong knowledge of web, API, and network security fundamentals.
• LLM vulnerabilities including prompt injection, data poisoning, and agentive risks.
• Threat modeling of complex systems and architectures.
• Proficiency in developing automated tooling to enhance testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI red teaming security assessments for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with clients to scope projects, define testing requirements, and establish success criteria.
• Conduct comprehensive security assessments of AI systems, including text-based LLMs and multimodal agents.
• Extend testing to tools, APIs, and services these AI systems connect to.
• Test manually and creatively beyond automated coverage to find failures tooling misses.
• Author detailed security assessment reports with actionable findings and remediation recommendations.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Build processes and playbooks to scale AI red teaming service delivery.
• Develop frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Automate repetitive tasks to free time for targeted manual testing.
