Job summary

Jobtailor in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to build production-grade Generative AI systems with agents and memory patterns. You will engineer tool-use orchestration, guardrails, and RAG-enabled workflows across major cloud platforms.

The role focuses on cloud-native design, embeddings, and prompt/version management, with emphasis on reliability, security, and scalable APIs. Collaboration with distributed teams is required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, and deploying production-grade Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Strong fundamentals in cloud-native apps using containers and serverless on public clouds.
• Hands-on in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Hands-on experience utilizing enterprise-approved AI-assisted software development tools


• Ability to collaborate and work with geographically distributed team members


• Strong software development and automation skills with experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, Go (Golang), Bash, and PowerShell
