Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AI Security Architect to own security architecture, governance, and risk across the enterprise. The role focuses on secure AI adoption, risk mitigation, and collaboration with AI, engineering, and security teams to protect data and systems.

The candidate should have 5+ years of cybersecurity experience and 2+ years in AI or data governance, with strong knowledge of NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 frameworks and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 2+ years focused on AI Governance or Data Governance.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• AI Security Strategy & Enablement: Drive secure adoption of AI tech and data science practices.
• Partner with AI, innovation, and engineering teams to align AI usage with security expectations.
• Establish guidelines for AI usage within the organization.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance: participate in AI workgroups and create governance controls.
• Architecture & Design: design secure reference architectures for AI systems and integrations.
• Data Protection & AI Risk Mitigation: secure model data usage and prevent data loss with external LLMs.
