Job summary

AGE Solutions is hiring an AI Security Architect to provide specialized security engineering and architecture guidance for AI/ML systems, LLMs, and generative AI across the DoD and Intelligence sectors. The role ensures CUI protection through training, deployment, and inference with a hybrid onsite schedule near Fort Meade, MD.

Requires DoD 8140 certifications, a current Top Secret clearance, and 10+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• DoD 8140 Work Role 652 – Security Architect Certification requirement (must have at least one of the listed certifications).
• Current DoD Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security architecture and engineering guidance for AI/ML systems, LLMs, generative AI, and supporting infrastructure.
• Apply the NIST AI RMF to AI/ML system design, integration, deployment, and operation.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific security threats and vulnerabilities (prompt injection, data poisoning, model evasion).
• Architect and review secure data pipelines for AI/ML data (collection, processing, training, validation, inference).
• Develop security approaches to protect mission data and CUI during training and inference.
• Evaluate AI/ML architectures to identify security weaknesses and propose threat-informed solutions.
• Translate DoD cybersecurity, RMF, and NIST requirements into practical security controls for AI-enabled systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate security from concept to production.
• Communicate AI security risks and mitigations to technical teams and Government leadership.
