Job summary

Valency is building the infrastructure for AI-accelerated science. We are seeking a product leader to turn strategy into execution across Bond and the broader platform, collaborating daily with engineering on architecture trade-offs and with GTM on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in AI: understanding of grounding, retrieval, hallucination, evaluation.
• 4-10+ years in product management, shipping technical/infrastructure products.
• Experience shipping enterprise or regulated environment products is a plus.
• Excellent written communication for specs and customer narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap across Bond and new products, balancing enterprise needs with growth models.
• Translate architecture concepts into clear specs in collaboration with engineering.
• Work with GTM to derive segmentation and ICP from conversations with national labs and enterprise teams.
• Address product risks, including quality-control and trust safeguards for open-access products.
• Represent product in design-partner/customer conversations and guide roadmap decisions.
• Help stand up the product function with process and documentation, as a first PM hire.
