Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Associate Consultant to join our SAP practice in the US. You will help modernize business processes by embedding AI/ML within SAP environments using SAP BTP, AI Core, and SAC.

You will work with SAP architects and stakeholders to deliver innovative SAP AI solutions that drive automation and business value, with opportunities to learn and grow in cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with SAP technologies, AI/ML solutions, analytics, or enterprise applications.
• Foundational understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Exposure to SAP AI technologies such as AI Core, AI Launchpad, SAC, and DataSphere.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Basic understanding of ML concepts and data analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP business processes across FI/MM/SD or related areas.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and deployment of AI and ML solutions within SAP landscapes.
• Identify business use cases for AI adoption across enterprise processes.
• Configure SAP AI capabilities and related tools.
• Assist in installation and configuration of SAP Dev Cockpit and Copilot technologies.
• Develop ML models for forecasting, classification, optimization, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI with SAP applications.
• Support data preparation, governance, and model monitoring.
• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP AI solutions.
• Participate in testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support.
• Stay current on AI technologies and SAP innovations.
