Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of AI/ML research experience in industry or academia.
• Experience leading a major AI research initiative from conception to publication or deployment.
• Experience developing novel ML methods, including deep learning architectures and evaluation.
• Strong publication record in NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, CVPR, or similar.
• Ability to communicate complex research findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute original AI research programs (e.g., large-scale language modeling, multimodal learning, reasoning).
• Develop and evaluate novel algorithms, architectures, and training methodologies.
• Implement technically challenging components of research systems with rigorous experimentation.
• Define research metrics and evaluation frameworks for long-term objectives.
• Lead the technical design of research initiatives with cross-functional coordination.
• Translate research findings into scalable, production-ready solutions with applied teams.
• Mentor researchers and engineers on AI research methodologies.
• Communicate outcomes through internal reports, publications, and conferences.
• Identify and improve research infrastructure, tooling, and workflows.
• Contribute to recruiting by articulating the team's vision and priorities.
