Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking reliable college students to support an innovative robotics data collection project. You will perform hands-on tasks that help train and improve next-generation robotic AI systems.

No prior robotics or AI experience is required. Responsibilities include operating a handheld device to perform repetitive manipulation tasks, following detailed protocols, maintaining data quality, reporting issues, and documenting observations.

Qualifications

• Good fine motor skills, dexterity, and precision.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
• Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and extended periods of focused work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Able to quickly learn basic hardware and software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse work, operations, gaming, gig work, student projects, or similar activities is a plus.
• No previous robotics or AI experience required.
