Job summary

BECU is hiring an Enterprise Risk Analyst - AI Risk to help shape how the organization responsibly adopts AI and manages related risks. You will partner with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across AI models, data, and processes.

You’ll monitor controls, support governance, and collaborate with technology, risk, governance, and business teams to safeguard members’ data and trust. Remote-friendly with flexible engagement across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/statistics/other quantitative areas or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of applicable Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 2 years preferred.
• Knowledge of AI risk management, governance frameworks, and regulatory expectations is a plus.
• Experience with Python, SQL, R, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or GRC platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• AI Risk Assessments: identify, assess, and evaluate risks from AI systems and related technologies.
• Independent Review & Challenge: perform reviews/ validations of AI models, data, and processes.
• Risk Monitoring: track AI-related risks, controls, and performance indicators.
• AI Governance Support: contribute to governance processes and oversight activities.
• Enterprise AI Inventory Management: maintain inventory of AI models, tools, and agents.
