Job summary

You will contribute across RL for language models, tool use, and multi-agent systems, collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to advance frontier AI research with real-world impact. This role offers ownership over research direction, deep technical challenges, and a collaborative, low-ego team

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale RL or post-training for language models, RLVR, policy optimization, or outcome-based RL.
• Experience designing verifiable tasks, environments, graders, reward functions, or curricula for long-horizon tasks.
• Experience training and evaluating tool-using, coding, or multi-agent systems, including agent harness design.
• Strong experimental judgment, including evaluating transfer, diagnosing reward hacking or specification gaming, and iterating from noisy results.
• Strong ML and software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to work across training, data, evals, infrastructure, and product.
