Codiora Tech is seeking an AI Research Scientist to advance LLM and generative AI capabilities in a senior role. You will read cutting-edge papers, fine-tune open-source models, and optimize inference for latency and cost while collaborating with product teams to deliver impactful AI features.

Ideal candidates have a PhD or Masters in CS/AI with a strong publication or open-source record and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and large-scale model training.
