You will review de-identified studies, craft comprehensive reports, and provide clear impressions with recommended next steps. The role emphasizes precise documentation, identifying gaps in model outputs, and ensuring reports justify conclusions.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Residency-trained or board-certified radiologist, or credentialed/licensed imaging technologist.
• Hands-on experience performing or interpreting studies.
• Clear, well-organized writing and the ability to justify why a report is correct or incorrect.

Aufgaben

• Review de-identified studies (chest X-rays, ultrasounds, nuclear medicine scans) with clinical context.
• Write comprehensive, structured reports documenting all findings, including incidental ones.
• Give clear impressions and recommend next steps, such as follow-up scans or workups.
• Compare two independent interpretations, resolve differences, and log discrepancies.
• Pinpoint what model-generated reports miss or misstate and log the gaps.
