You will analyze the AI's work against production standards, identify failures, explain reasoning, and rate the model's performance. You will also red-team the models to expose unsafe code and confidently wrong solutions before real users hit them.

Qualifications

• Shipping production code in a professional/open-source setting.
• Clear written English for explanations and documentation.
• No degree required; ability and results matter more than credentials.
