Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality engineering or test automation.
• Strong proficiency with automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
• Experience with API testing and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies including unit/integration/end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for AI-powered features and real-time data systems.
• Build automated test suites covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
• Develop performance testing frameworks to validate sub-20ms response times.
• Create testing protocols for complex third-party integrations (CRM, financial, communication, development tools).
• Implement data integrity validation across synchronization pipelines.
• Design and execute privacy and security testing for data isolation and namespaces.
• Build observability and monitoring dashboards to track reliability and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to establish quality gates and CI/CD best practices.
• Investigate and document bugs, ensuring timely resolution with developers.
• Create and maintain testing documentation and quality metrics reporting.
