Outlier is hiring a QA Coder to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, flagging issues, and applying structured guidelines. This is a 1099 freelance opportunity with flexible hours and remote work.

You will rate model responses on accuracy and instruction following, and craft clear computer science prompts to challenge the models. Applicants from many LatAm regions welcome; requires a CS degree and excellent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience reviewing AI-generated code.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail and adherence to style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following and presentation.
• Write clear computer science prompts to challenge AI models and expand coding capabilities.
