Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks an AI Prompt Engineer to join the Attack Surface Intelligence team, supporting cybersecurity operations and research initiatives.

You design, test, and optimize prompts to enhance security analysis and automate vulnerability assessments. You will collaborate with engineers and security teams to develop AI harnesses, evaluate frameworks, and create workflows that process data from SAST, DAST, WAF, and attack surface assessments, improving efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience in AI prompting for cybersecurity defense and attack surface analysis.
• Knowledge of perimeter scanning, WAF testing, and cybersecurity data analysis.
• Proficiency in developing AI harnesses and working with enterprise security tooling.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and validation techniques to minimize false positives.
• Strong research skills to stay updated on emerging AI technologies and cybersecurity trends.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for cybersecurity use cases to enhance security analysis and vulnerability validation.
• Develop AI harnesses and evaluation frameworks to ensure prompt effectiveness and accuracy in operational environments.
