Job summary

GE Vernova in the United States is seeking a student intern to help digitize AI prompts for Project Management workstreams, collaborating with global teams to identify processes for AI-driven automation. The role supports improving operational efficiency and enabling innovation across the organization.

You will map current processes, test outputs, document prompt libraries, and support the AI Big Swing initiative while reporting milestones to leadership.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in PM, Engineering, CS, or Data Science.
• Must be available for a minimum of 6 months.
• Must have valid work authorization for the country of employment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and digitization of AI prompts for Project Management workstreams.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to identify processes for AI-driven automation.
• Assist in mapping current business processes into structured AI prompt frameworks.
• Test and validate AI prompt outputs for accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Document prompt libraries, workflows, and SOPs for future use.
• Support the AI Big Swing initiative by tracking progress and reporting milestones.
• Prepare presentations and communicate project outcomes to leadership.
