Job summary

YW is seeking an AI Project Lead/Manager to drive AI initiatives that improve operations, decision-making, and business outcomes. You will bridge traditional PM with advanced AI tech, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams, provide technical expertise during demos, and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements while leading cross-functional teams of AI engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong PM skills.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status updates and manage expectations.
• Ensure quality standards and conduct post-project evaluations.
