Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the development of an agentic modeling framework for complex scientific and national security challenges. The role involves coordinating technical and project activities across a multidisciplinary team of researchers, with a focus on AI-driven modeling for the Pandemic Preparedness Engine for Disease X.

Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, progress reporting, and assisting with biosecurity

Qualifications

• Familiarity with large language modeling and foundation models.
• Familiarity with state of the art methods in artificial intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Project Coordination: maintain schedules, track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items; escalate delays or risks.
• Technical Communication and Reporting: coordinate status updates and reporting; document technical progress.
• AI/ML Technical Support: apply knowledge of LLMs, AI-based prediction, and computational modeling to support evaluation and coordination of AI/ML approaches.
