Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, DS, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience, with ≥2 years AI/ML or data analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of ML workflows, data engineering, cloud platforms, and MLOps.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects from planning to deployment.
• Coordinate data scientists, ML engineers, software teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee data ingestion, model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure governance, security, and ethical guidelines compliance.
• Drive process improvement and AI capability adoption.
