Job summary

Steel Point Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to oversee AI and generative AI initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams and managing budgets to deliver innovative solutions for government and commercial clients.

The role focuses on organic growth, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption of AI technologies across the organization, with an active TS/SCI poly clearance as a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 7+ years of AI project management, technology modernization, or related fields.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Active Top Secret SCI Poly Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive AI and generative AI strategies aligned with Steel Point's goals and growth objectives.
• Lead and manage multiple AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with C-suite leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for AI initiatives.
• Facilitate organizational change by promoting the adoption of AI technologies and processes.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track the progress and success of AI and generative AI initiatives.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth through AI enhancements and process improvements and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for leveraging AI technology to gain a competitive advantage.
