Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled AI program professional to design, implement, and maintain strategic AI initiatives aligned with client strategy. The role requires applying broad industry knowledge and working with multi-disciplinary teams to solve problems of moderate scope.

You will work independently with guidance and may mentor junior staff. The candidate should have strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and experience communicating with senior executives, with the ability to lead a team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing AI/Data Science/Machine Learning projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies or software project management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience engaging with senior executives.
• Ability to work independently and help lead a team.
• Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks across workstreams.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning projects
• Experience with Agile methodologies or software project management tools, including ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and interacting with senior executives or Flag Officers
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, and help lead a team
• Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
