Job summary

PixelRain AI seeks a seasoned business analyst/program analyst to organize delivery for a DoW customer. You will compile monthly reports, track team actions, and maintain acceptance criteria with a focus on AI-assisted development and LLMs.

You will handle requirements, plan testing, and prototype AI tools to demonstrate progress. U.S. citizenship and CAC eligibility are required for program access.

Qualifications

• This role requires 4+ years as a business analyst, tester, or program analyst on software programs.
• Experience writing and submitting customer-facing status reports and tracking deliverables.
• Hands-on requirements and testing experience; you’ve written test cases and run them.
• Hands-on AI-assisted development experience with LLMs; familiarity with RAG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit the monthly progress and funds-status reports to the customer.
• Track assignments and action items across the team; keep sprints, milestones, and deliverables organized.
• Support requirements: capture and document customer needs, write acceptance criteria, and keep them current.
• Plan and run testing: test cases, execution, defect tracking, and test reports.
• Prototype and validate with AI tools — build utilities, test harnesses, and demos using AI-assisted development.
