PredictAP, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist to support and improve AI-driven product performance. In this role, you will own AI concerns and resolutions, manage documentation, and liaise with customers during their inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product support, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable with AI. This position requires working PST hours and offers a fully remote environment with strong organizational support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a product support role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to resolve Tier 2 issues independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own AI concerns end to end and provide resolution.
• Author and maintain documentation for common issues.
• Serve as primary responder during PST hours for West Coast support.
