Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in San Francisco, CA seeks a dedicated product professional to lead AI-enabled product development. You will own the product vision, strategy, and backlog, collaborating with engineering, data science, and design to deliver high-impact solutions.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in product management, strong Agile experience, and a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering, with a proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering/IT/Business or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, ownership, business analysis, or software delivery.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI product development lifecycle.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and PRDs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements.
• Familiarity with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or software delivery.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and the AI product development lifecycle.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and product requirements documents.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Required Skills:

• Product management: Product vision, roadmap, backlog prioritization, requirements management.
