Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking an AI Principal Product Manager for Office Print Solutions to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered features across HP’s print hardware, software, and workflow experiences.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative AI products, measure impact with KPIs, and evangelize a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in product management, software development, or related field, with experience in AI, ML, or data science.
• Previous experience in the print industry or related domains is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products and features for office print solutions.
• Lead the discovery, ideation, validation, development, launch, and iteration of AI products and features that solve customer problems and create business value.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver AI products and features that leverage data assets, analytics, and machine learning.
• Manage the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from problem definition, data acquisition, model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Establish and track KPIs and success metrics for AI products and use data/feedback to inform decisions and enhancements.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure alignment, quality, and delivery of AI products and features.
• Evangelize AI-driven culture and educate users and stakeholders on leveraging AI features.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and solicit input from customers and sales teams to inform AI direction.
• Mentor and coach other product managers in the AI domain and share best practices.
