Job summary

By summer’s end, high performers may be considered for a full-time role after degree completion, with ongoing coaching and community service opportunities provided by the program.

Qualifications

• Working towards a BS/BA degree in data analytics, business administration, business management, engineering, economics, or related area
• On track to graduate between August 2027 and July 2028
• Aptitude to analyze business requirements and define solutions for complex needs
• Strong academic record
• Leadership experience from community involvement or previous employment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering interns to develop a digital solution for a real client challenge
• Gain experience and see ideas become reality on client work
• Participate in capability trainings, certifications, coaching, and mentorship
