Job summary

TriNet in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI experiences across HR domains such as Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, HR Operations, and Compliance. You will identify high-impact opportunities, define AI product capabilities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver intelligent, scalable, and trusted customer experiences.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving end-to-end product delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct product management experience, with 2+ years in AI.
• Experience owning products from strategy through launch in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, HR tech, workflow automation, or customer platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered/conversational AI or intelligent systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with HR domains (Payroll, Benefits, WFM, HR Ops, Compliance) is a plus.
• Passion for trustworthy, useful AI experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered HR capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases by data and business impact.
• Define product requirements for agentic experiences, prompts, and metrics.
• Define foundational AI platform capabilities (prompt management, context, orchestration).
• Define evaluation frameworks to measure AI behavior and product effectiveness.
• Balance cost, quality, and latency for scalable AI experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineering, data, UX, legal, GTM.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and improvement.
