Job summary

EY seeks a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community, defining shared standards and driving product lifecycle management from ideation to delivery across the firm.

You will partner with PMO, design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders, conduct customer discovery and market analysis, and shape roadmaps, PRDs, backlogs, and KPIs to deliver customer-centric products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with lifecycle experience.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Lead communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Partner with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Define PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications for delivery.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing needs and timing.
• Define success metrics and KPIs using customer feedback and data.
