Job summary

Databricks seeks a Product Finance leader to scale the fastest growing AI-driven business. You will partner with AI Engineering and Product leaders to plan GPU demand, shape AI product pricing, and build unit economics that define margins for years to come.

This role requires strategic finance expertise and hands-on pricing discipline in a rapidly evolving cloud data platform environment. You will own revenue and margin analytics across the AI product portfolio, model end-to-end unit economics

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Strategic/Product Finance.
• Deep fluency in consumption-based business models and cloud costs.
• Proven track record with senior Engineering and Product executives.
• Ability to build scalable financial systems from scratch and process large telemetry data.
• Experience leading high-output finance teams in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan the GPU supply and demand across clouds, driving capacity commitments and procurement.
• Own AI product economics and partner on pricing to protect gross margins.
• Define north star KPIs and translate into engineering roadmaps and cost controls.
• Lead ROI and capital allocation frameworks for frontier model research and partnerships.
