Job summary

RK Logistics Group, Inc is seeking an AI Product Builder to transform vague business ideas into automated workflows and internal tools. You will orchestrate AI-powered solutions, connect systems via APIs, and deliver measurable ROI with speed and adoption rather than traditional code ownership.

You’ll work with leadership across operating companies to identify opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deploy dashboards and tools that accelerate decision making and reduce costs.

This role is not a traditional software engineering position and is not focused on writing large amounts of custom code.

The AI Product Builder is responsible for turning unclear business ideas into live, automated business systems by leveraging existing AI tools, platforms, and integrations. The primary work is orchestrating and deploying AI-powered workflows and internal tools that deliver measurable business outcomes, not building software from scratch. You will work directly with leadership and operators across multiple operating companies to identify opportunities, design solutions, and ship usable tools quickly. Success is defined by adoption, speed, and ROI, not code quality or architectural purity. If you prefer detailed technical specifications, deep engineering ownership, or spending most of your time writing traditional code, this role will not be a fit.

Qualifications Required:

Strongly Preferred:

• Background in operations, product, consulting, or internal tools
• Experience building internal systems
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or staffing

Skills

• Hands-on use of AI tools to build workflows, automations, and internal tools
• Experience with automation or internal tooling platforms
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Abilities

• Ability to operate effectively with incomplete information

Important Clarification

This role focuses on assembling and operating automated business systems using existing AI tools. It is not a traditional software engineering role. Success depends on outcomes, speed, and adoption, not writing clean code or designing perfect architectures.
