Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire experienced investment banking analysts from top firms who can train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across workflows: storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and data-driven exhibits, delivering client-ready decks.

Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Investment Banking Analyst at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
