Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 1+ years of UX or product design experience (internships ok).
• Proficiency in Figma; exposure to AI-powered design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work with front-end developers and support design-to-dev handoffs.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Portfolio showing design process, range of work, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate goals into design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for defined features.
• Explore design directions using AI-assisted workflows and rapid iteration.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to surface insights.
• Work with the design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Present and defend design decisions to diverse audiences.
