Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in product design or front-end engineering with ownership of UX decisions and implementation.
• Strong product/UX judgment to design intuitive workflows from ambiguous requirements.
• A portfolio showing design work and shipped applications.
• Solid React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript skills with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience integrating front-end with APIs, back-end services, and enterprise data sources.
• Knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, and application security fundamentals.
• Ability to translate complex workflows from business stakeholders into clear interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade UIs for AI-enabled supply chain apps using React and TypeScript.
• Own UX concept through shipped interface, including wireframing and interaction design.
• Develop dashboards and human-in-the-loop interfaces for non-technical users.
• Integrate front-end with APIs, agents, models, data services, and enterprise systems.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, well-designed experiences.
• Build features supporting recommendations, alerts, explanations, and auditability.
• Ensure enterprise standards for security, accessibility, performance, reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, data teams, and stakeholders to deliver usable AI solutions.
