Job summary

Uplane is seeking a highly motivated, English-speaking AI-native Static Ad Designer to join our team full-time in San Francisco on-site, hybrid, or remote. You will work with our self-developed AI static ad engine to create and deliver static ads for paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.

You will shape concepts with strong taste, test new angles in live campaigns, collaborate with marketing managers and designers, and help evolve our AI engine with your feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing static ads.
• Experience in paid social or performance marketing.
• Fast learner, hardworking, and stress-resistant.
• Curious about AI and not afraid of it.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• AI Static Ad Design: use our AI static ad engine to create and design ads.
• Creative Testing: develop angles, hooks and visuals, test in live campaigns and optimize.
• Team Collaboration: work with marketing managers and designers to ensure timely, high-standard outcomes.
• Shape the AI engine: provide feedback to product and engineering to evolve the engine.
