Job summary

The Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER) SimLab seeks a Content Developer to support simulation development for the SimLab and its partners. The role blends hands-on content creation with project management and stakeholder engagement to deliver authentic learning experiences.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate with the science lead, delivery staff, and engineering team to translate goals into engaging simulation content and implementation-ready materials, and to

Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Experience collaborating with clients, partners, or stakeholders to gather requirements.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple project contributors.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

Attend partner and science meetings to understand scope, goals, design, deliverables, and needs.
Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines and deliverables; communicate changes.
Coordinate with delivery leads to plan interactor training and beta testing.
Support project activities with science, engineering, and operations leads to meet milestones.
Conduct literature reviews and develop literature extractions to inform content.
