Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks a Senior AI Security Automation Engineer to design and build production-grade AI-driven security workflows and intelligent agents. You will access security data, invoke approved tools, and manage complex multi-step automations in production.

The role requires strong Python and security engineering skills, experience with AI/ML, and collaboration with threat intel, detection, and incident response teams to deliver scalable, reliable security automations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of software or security engineering experience.
• Experience building automation solutions or AI-powered applications for production.
• Hands-on programming in Python or other modern languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate production-grade security automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Build intelligent agents capable of securely accessing security data, invoking approved tools, maintaining context, and executing multi-step workflows.
• Prototype new capabilities and transition successful solutions into reliable production environments.
• Work closely with threat intelligence analysts, threat hunters, detection engineers, incident responders, and security-data engineers to understand operational challenges.
• Translate security requirements and operational processes into scalable technical solutions.
