The role involves architecting a modern DevSecOps pipeline, defining metrics, and enabling onshore-offshore squads with governance and mentoring of technical leads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or delivery architecture.
• Experience with AI-accelerated SDLC and agent-ready pipelines.
• Advisory or pre-sales experience is a plus.
• Cloud (AWS/Azure) and infrastructure-as-code experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect the AI-Powered software factory and CI/CD tooling.
