Sportsdigita seeks an AI-Powered Presentation Design Specialist to bring client visions to life in DIGIDECK, leveraging Claude and AI-assisted workflows. You will design custom elements, complete slide layouts, and deliver full presentation builds for diverse clients, collaborating with the brand strategy team to synthesize briefs and craft captivating experiences.

You will work in the Edina office Monday-Thursday with Friday remote, contributing to fast-paced projects and maintaining high brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years of presentation design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Claude (or equivalent AI) for design workflows: prompt engineering, iterative refinement, content analysis, and creative ideation.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD) and working knowledge of CSS/HTML.
• Advanced cloud-based presentation skills; expertise in creating and editing interactive presentations with animation and motion.
• Proven ability to interpret client requirements and create on-brand, on-message presentations that align with strategic direction.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into compelling visual and interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, brainstorm, and refine creative direction from briefs using AI before design execution begins.

• Create, format, edit, and animate DIGIDECK presentations with cloud-based features; maintain consistency across revisions.

JOB OBJECTIVE

The AI-Powered Presentation Design Specialist is part of our brand team and responsible for bringing our customers' visions to life within our DIGIDECK software—leveraging AI tools, particularly Claude, to accelerate creative ideation, content development, and design execution. You will design custom creative elements and interactions, complete presentation slide layouts and visualizations, and deliver full presentation builds on behalf of our clients. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on design skills and AI-assisted workflows, you'll partner with our brand strategy team to review briefs, synthesize client direction through AI-powered analysis, and develop captivating presentation experiences that exceed expectations.

Our technology improves customer-facing interactions by providing real-time visibility and analytics. This position reports to our Creative Manager (Director).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• In Edina Office (Monday thru Thursday, Friday Remote)
• Work with AI to conceptualize, brainstorm, and refine creative direction and presentation concepts from initial briefs before design execution begins
• Use AI to analyze client briefs, extract key messaging, synthesize strategic direction, and identify visual storytelling opportunities at scale
• Leverage AI for copywriting, headline refinement, and content optimization within presentations—iterating rapidly on tone and messaging
• Collaborate with AI for ideation on interactive elements, data visualization approaches, and user experience flows
• Design and produce interactive infographics and custom, on-brand visual storytelling aids using Adobe Creative Suite; use AI for concept prompts that inform design direction
• Execute complex presentation layouts, motion graphics, and animations within DIGIDECK using AI-informed design systems for consistency and speed
• Manage full design workflows from concept through final approval, using AI at key inflection points (research, ideation, copywriting, refinement)
• Create, format, edit, and animate client DIGIDECK presentations with advanced cloud-based features; maintain design integrity across multiple rounds of feedback
• Adhere to presentation briefs and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously; use AI tools to prioritize efficiently and catch gaps
• Respond quickly to last-minute creative direction and multiple rounds of edits, using AI to rapidly reframe content and explore alternatives
• Maintain consistent brand standards and design systems (headers, content, imagery) across DIGIDECK client materials using AI-assisted asset management
• Source and synthesize content from internal systems, web-based resources, and client repositories; use AI to harmonize tone and approach
• Enhance client-facing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI-powered design assistance where applicable

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of presentation design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Claude (or equivalent AI) for design workflows: prompt engineering, iterative refinement, content analysis, and creative ideation—this is not optional
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD) and working knowledge of CSS/HTML
• Advanced cloud-based presentation skills; expertise in creating and editing interactive presentations with animation and motion
• Proven ability to interpret client requirements and create on-brand, on-message presentations that align with strategic direction
• Demonstrated ability to take words and strategic direction and translate them into compelling visual and interactive experiences
• Strong visual design fundamentals: solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and information hierarchy
• Ability to manage work autonomously, multitask, and thrive against tight deadlines with curiosity and passion for compelling experiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management and organizational abilities
