Job summary

Imagine Learning is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and scale AI-powered learning experiences grounded in sound pedagogy that address real classroom challenges. You will own significant components of complex initiatives, translate strategy into execution, and partner with Engineering, Design, Curriculum, Sales and Marketing to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in ed tech or another mission-driven space.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or data-driven features that solve real user problems.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous strategy into concrete execution plans within a defined product area.
• Deep technical fluency to discuss feasibility with engineering and tradeoffs without coding.
• Experience running both technical and customer discovery to de-risk decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered discovery and decision-making, gathering insights from interviews and classroom research to backlogs.
• Deliver iterative value each sprint, launching lean v1 solutions and measuring impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive execution with Engineering, Design, Curriculum, Sales, and Marketing.
• Operate as an AI-native PM using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms for prototyping and analysis.
• Own measurable outcomes, define success metrics, run experiments, and improve teacher adoption and student impact.
