Realityworks AI is seeking a Clinical Simulation Content Specialist to create AI-powered healthcare simulations for nursing and allied health education. You’ll translate clinical competencies into engaging experiences, collaborating with product, R&D, and clinical experts to advance learning outcomes.

Remote role based in the United States with eligibility for residents in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Expect compensation in a $75k–$95k range, reflecting experience and location, with equity-like

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing, Health Science Education, or related field.
• 7+ years nursing/allied health clinical practice.
• 3+ years teaching in a nursing program with simulation-based instruction.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and debriefing clinical simulations across fidelity levels.
• Knowledge of HSSOBP by INACSL and applying standards to design, facilitation, and debriefing.
• Understanding clinical competency frameworks and use of simulation for development/evaluation.
• Experience developing clinical scenarios, instructional content, curriculum, or related healthcare education materials.
• Experience evaluating clinical content for accuracy and educational appropriateness.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinically accurate, instructionally sound healthcare simulation scenarios for nursing and allied health education.
• Translate competencies, objectives, and curriculum requirements into engaging simulation experiences for defined learner levels.
• Design simulation content for AI-enabled, virtual, manikin-based, task trainer, and blended learning environments.
• Create scenario components including patient cases, objectives, progression, decision points, guidance, and debriefing materials.
• Apply Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice to design, facilitation, evaluation, and debriefing.
• Review, validate, and maintain content for clinical accuracy, realism, and alignment with current standards.
• Evaluate AI-generated content and learner interactions to improve quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, educators, and clinical experts to refine simulations and product functionality.
• Support scenario testing, analyze educator/learner feedback, and recommend improvements to content and UX.
• Contribute to simulation libraries, educator resources, product docs, and training materials; stay current on healthcare education and AI trends.
