Job summary

Amazon in the United States is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to drive customer insights across Prime Video. You will build data-driven dashboards and predictive models to guide decisions across content, marketing, and lifecycle strategies, translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations.

You will own performance metrics, collaborate with senior leaders, and scale AI-powered solutions that automate insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of data analysis experience
• 3+ years of analysing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
• 1+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources
• 1+ years of performing statistical analysis
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale

Responsibilities

• Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, qualitative research and statistical models to understand how our customers interact with Prime Video.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing performance insights metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
• Build and scale AI-powered solutions and automations that answer critical business questions with speed and accuracy.
• Publish, analyze and improve dashboards, operational business metrics decks and key performance indicators.
