Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking an Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines from marketing platforms, Salesforce, and other enterprise sources. You will develop transformations and models for trusted datasets used in analytics, reporting, dashboards, and advanced modelling, while implementing AI-ready data assets and robust documentation.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure data quality, governance, and reliable production pipelines in a modern cloud

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics engineering or similar data-focused engineering experience.
Proficient in SQL and Python with production-grade pipelines.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
Experience integrating Salesforce data and marketing data ecosystems.
Ability to design pipelines and models for downstream analytics and dashboards.
Knowledge of data governance, quality, and metadata practices.
Experience with REST APIs and data source integrations.
Ability to document data definitions and lineage.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines ingesting data from marketing platforms, Salesforce, APIs, and enterprise sources.
Develop transformations and models for trusted datasets for analytics, reporting, dashboards, and modeling.
Create API-based integrations and Python solutions for reliable data ingestion.
Ensure data quality, validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of pipelines.
Document metadata, data definitions, and data lineage for governance.
Prepare datasets and documentation for AI/LLM use cases.
