Daily use of AI models/tools with intuition for frontier tech.
Proficiency with Python; interest in Rust/TypeScript/Go.
Broad knowledge of stacks used by AI product companies and a drive to improve systems readability.

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities to accelerate delivery using frontier AI capabilities.
Develop empathy across technical and business teams to harness AI in new ways.
Make codebases, systems, and knowledge stores legible to AI.
Push the Pareto frontier toward higher quality and velocity with AI tools.
Stay current with new AI tools/models and demonstrate their use across the company.
