Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Manager, PMO – AI to lead client-facing AI programs, governance, and cross-functional alignment. The role manages AI/ML lifecycles, ensures responsible AI practices, and partners with enterprise clients on strategy and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include establishing PMO standards, portfolio management, and executive communications. The candidate will lead a team of PMs/TPMs/analysts, fostering a high-performing, client-centric culture.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives and client-facing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing AI program governance, delivery assurance, and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles, data readiness, and deployment.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and compliance across programs.
• Build and mentor PMOs, TPMs, and analysts to drive performance.
