Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• 2 years of software development experience in Python, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience building AI/ML platforms for cloud customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine AI agents and their underlying skills to automate complex workflows.
• Build and maintain automated evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, accuracy, and safety.
• Own the full lifecycle of complex features from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Prioritize observability with logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
• Ensure high standards for code reviews, testing coverage, and technical documentation.
