Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an AI Engineer, Platform Infrastructure, Special Programs in the United States. You will design and build deterministic tooling to enable cleared engineers operating in restricted environments.

The role includes deployment generation, cross-profile CI, air-gap provisioning, and robust testing and monitoring, with close collaboration to the Supercompute team. You must have a BS in a technical field and 1+ years in Go/Python and Kubernetes, with eligibility for Top Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Go and/or Python.
• 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes or similar tooling.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the deployment generator.
• Create and maintain platform documentation.
• Build the bundle pipeline.
• Implement profile-driven rendering for cloud, on-prem, and air-gap targets.
• Build and maintain the cross-profile CI matrix.
• Build the testing and validation framework.
• Integrate with the Supercompute team’s operators/Helm/CRDs without modifying production infra.
• Own the monitoring stack migration.
