Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Systems Engineer to own the delivery, model-serving, routing, and observability layer of EY’s AI-native platform across multi-environment deployments. This role blends DevOps, MLOps, FinOps, and observability, ensuring repeatable and auditable AI workloads with cost visibility and governance.

The candidate will manage CI/CD/CV pipelines, asset registries, and telemetry stacks across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped environments, while contributing to secure model

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or a related technical field.
• 8+ years in DevOps, MLOps, platform, or observability engineering with production ownership of AI workloads.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD/Helm/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
• Hands-on expertise operating AI/model-serving frameworks on GPU infrastructure.
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Own DevOps and delivery for AI workloads with CI/CD/CV pipelines.
• Own governance and discovery for AI assets and registries.
• Own resource and cost management with quotas and attribution.
• Own the full observability stack including metrics, logs, and traces.
• Own OpenTelemetry collection layer across multi-tenant environments.
• Automate GitOps-based delivery with policy-based gates.
• Close loop between delivery and observability using telemetry and cost signals.
• Ensure cost and telemetry are per-tenant and attributable.
